The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Provision Of Catering Services Consisting In The Preparation, Delivery And Serving Of Meals To The Municipal Kindergarten No. 31 Bajkowa Kraina And The Collection Of Post-Consumer Waste (Food Leftovers), Starting From September 1, 2026 To August 31, 2027 (Taking Into Account Holidays And Other Days Off) And Additional Services Indicated In The Other Provisions Of The Swz And Opz. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Indicates That During The Holiday Period The Kindergarten Will Be Closed For One Month And Services Will Not Be Provided During This Period, Therefore The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor About The Date Of The Holiday Break (The Date Depends On The Decision Of The Mayor Of Słupsk). The Estimated Number Of Meals Should Be Consistent With The Demand Indicated Below: Estimated Number Of People: 100; Estimated Number Of Days On Which Meals Will Be Delivered: 260 Days; Estimated Number Of Meals Delivered During The Duration Of The Contract: School Year 2026/2027 - 26,000 Minimum Number Of Daily Meal Sets - 15,000 The Scope Of The Daily Meal Set Is Specified In The Entry - 4.6 Swzthe Provision Of Catering Services Includes: Preparation, Delivery And Serving Of Meals At The Ordering Partys Premises And Collection Of Post-Consumer Waste (Food Leftovers). One Daily Meal Set Includes The Following Meals: 1St Breakfast, 2Nd Breakfast, Lunch Consisting Of Two Courses And An Afternoon Snack. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Transport Of Daily Meal Sets Must Take Place In 3 (Three) Parts/Stages (Three Times During One Delivery Of The Daily Meal Set: Part I/Stage: Delivery Of Breakfast And Second Breakfast; Part Ii/Stage: Collection Of Post-Consumer Waste And Containers After Breakfast I And Ii And Delivery Of Lunch And Afternoon Tea; Part Iii/Stage: Collection Of Post-Consumer Waste And Containers After Lunch. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Contractor Should Additionally Provide Unlimited Access To Drinking Water, I.E. A Water Dispenser In Each Of The Four Kindergarten Rooms. The Provision Of Drinking Water Should Cover The Unlimited Needs Of Providing Drinking Water For 100 People Throughout The Day. The Contractor Shall Provide Services For The Delivery And Collection Of Supplies (Including The Collection Of Waste And Containers), As Well As The Delivery And Collection Of Serving Daily Meal Sets To All Recipients (Consumers/Children), Cleaning And Tidying Up The Places Where Meals Are Served, As Well As Performing Other Activities Necessary To Implement The Contract In Accordance With Its Purpose And Essence. In Order To Perform The Duties Indicated In The Previous Sentence, The Contractor Is Obliged To Delegate An Employee To The Ordering Partys Office From 8.00 A.M. To 3.00 P.M In Order To Fulfill The Obligations Arising From The Contract. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Execution Of The Order By Persons With A Criminal Record Who Are Listed In The Register Of Sexual Offende
