The Subject Of The Order Is Provision Of Cleaning And Maintenance Services With A Constant Supply Of Consumables And Disinfection At Pzol In Grojec At The District Care And Treatment Facilities In Grojec, Aleja Ogrodowa 1, Grojec 32-615 - In An Efficient, Accurate And Timely Manner, Using The Latest Technology, Techniques, Equipment, Materials And Agents With A Non-Destructive Effect On The Cleaned Elements Rooms And Their Decor. During The Performance Of Services, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Proper Law And Order And Compliance With Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations In The Area Covered By The Contract. And Is Liable For Damages Incurred In Connection With The Provision Of Services And As A Result Of Other Actions Of Persons Employed By The Contractor. The Contractor Purchases At His Own Expense, Among Others: Cleaning, Disinfection And Hygiene Products, Plastic Bags, Liquid Soap, Paper Towels, Toilet Paper And Tools, Equipment And Technical Devices Necessary To Perform The Order. The Subject Of The Order Is In Particular: The Provision Of Comprehensive, Specialized Cleaning Services And Maintenance Of Cleanliness Of Horizontal And Vertical Surfaces And Equipment At Specified Hours In The Rooms Of The Main Building And The Occupational Therapy Building (Community Room), Including Cleaning And: • Works Related To The Current Provision Of Services During The Introduced Regime Sanitary And Epidemiological (Increased Frequency Of Cleaning);• Removal Of Medical Waste From The Place Of Its Production, Transport To A Collection Point, Preparation Of Waste For Collection;• Removal Of Segregated And Mixed Municipal Waste From The Place Of Its Production And Transport To A Collection Point;• Removing Dirty Bedding And Bringing Back Clean One;• Preparing Trolleys For Serving Meals;• Washing And Disinfecting Containers And Trolleys For Transporting Meals Or Other Equipment/Devices For Storing Containers With Meals E.G. Bain-Marie Carts;• After Delivering Meals To The Pzol In Grojec, Sending Containers To The Ward Kitchens, And, If Necessary, Transferring Them To Equipment/Devices Ensuring The Correct Temperature Of Meals, E.G.
