1) The Subject Of The Order Is A Transport Service Consisting In Transporting Children To Educational Institutions Located In The Rutki Commune, In The Period From September 1, 2026 To June 25, 2027, Excluding The Period Legally Free From Classes, In Open Transport (Regular Transport) - Based On Personal Monthly Tickets. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Transporting Students After School To Their Place Of Residence.2) The Order Includes: A) Transporting Students From Bus Stops At Their Place Of Residence To Educational Institutions, B) Transporting Students After Classes To Bus Stops At Their Place Of Residence On The Basis Of Personal, Discounted Monthly Tickets, In Accordance With The Transport Plan (Schedule).3) Transport Is Carried Out As Part Of Regular Transport Within The Meaning Of Art. 4 Points 7 Of The Act Of September 6, 2001 On Road Transport (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1539, As Amended), Based On A Schedule To Be Prepared By The School And Kindergarten Coordinators And Provided To The Contractor Well In Advance Before The Commencement Of The Service By The Contractor. Therefore, An Authorized Employee Of The Contractor Will Take Care Of The Students During Transport: A) The Guardian Of The Children During Transport Will Be An Adult Person, Verified By The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Act Of May 13, 2016 On Counteracting Threats Of Sexual Crime And Protection Of Minors (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 1802, As Amended), Who Is Able To Maintain Good Contact With Children, Necessary To Maintain Safety During Transport; B) The Guardian Will Provide Active Assistance To Children When Boarding, Taking Seats And Exiting The Vehicle; C) The Guardian Will Be Obliged, In The Event Of A Child Fainting, The Childs Unwell Condition, Etc., To Call Appropriate Medical Services And Provide Care Until The Called Services Provide Help, As Well As Notify The Facility And Parents/Legal Guardians Of The Incident. 8) On The Day Of Announcing The Order, During The Order Execution Period, 260 Students Will Be Entitled To Use The Services.
