Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Technical And Quality Parameters Required For An Equivalent Product: Fungicide In The Form Of A Concentrate In The Form Of A Concentrated Suspension To Be Diluted With Water, With Systemic Action For Preventive And Emergency Use In The Protection Against Diseases In Sugar Beet. The Product Must Be Authorized For Marketing And Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland In Accordance With Applicable Law And, On The Date Of Submission Of Offers, Have A Valid Authorization (Registration) For Use In Sugar Beet Cultivation. Active Substance Content: Azoxystrobin 200 G/L (17.84%) (A Compound From The Strobilurin Group) Difenoconazole 125 G/L (11.15%) (A Compound From The Group Triazoles) Tebuconazole 125 G/L (11.15%) (A Compound From The Triazole Group) In Order To Confirm Compliance Of The Offered Plant Protection Product With The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach To The Offer A Product Card, Technical Specification, Product Label Or Other Manufacturers Document Confirming The Required Parameters Of The Offered Product. The Ordering Party Is An Agricultural Tax Payer And Will Use The Ordered Product For Its Own Needs.
