The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Maintenance And Technical Cutting Of Trees, 2) Removal Of Tree Suckers, 3) Removal Of Trees, 4) Removal Of Tree Stumps, 5) Milling Of Tree Stumps, 6) Maintenance Cuts Of Shrubs, 7) Cutting Of Hedges, 8) Removal Of Shrubs, 9) Emergency Removal Of Windbreaks, 10) Removal Of Individual Branches Posing A Safety Hazard, 11) Transplanting Trees, 12) Installation Flexible Bonds, 13) Preparation Of Surveys And Dendrological Expertise, 14) Free Advice On Planned Plantings, 15) Replenishing Sidewalk Surfaces After Removed Trees,16) Dismantling Sidewalk Surfaces For New Plantings,17) Staking Trees,18) Removing Bird Nests In City Parks, 19) Planting Trees, Shrubs And Plants.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Scope As Well As The Technology And Standards Of Providing Services That Are The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Technology Of Works, While The Estimated Quantities Of Services To Be Performed During The Contract Implementation Period Are Included In Annex No. 7 To The Swz - List Of Works To Be Carried Out.4. A Detailed Description Of The Duties As Well As The Terms And Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.5. The Ordering Party Requires A 12-Month Warranty Period For The Planting Of Plant Material And The Care Of Newly Planted Plant Material, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Draft Contract, Which Constitutes Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
