Task I1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of A Digital X-Ray Machine With Pacs/Ris System Software Along With A Robot For Recording Dvds/Cds For The Independent Public Health Care Facility Of The Municipal Outpatient Clinic In Józefów (Hereinafter Referred To As Spzoz Pm). 2. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes All Elements And Activities Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Device, Including Adaptation Tests And Instructions On How To Use The Device For The Ordering Partys Staff. 3. Delivery Of All Components, Accessories, Licenses, Software And Performance Of All Activities Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The X-Ray Machine, Pacs/Ris System And Associated Devices.4. Ensuring Communication And Data Exchange With The Ks-Somed System Using The Hl7 Standard And The Dicom Standard, Including At Least Sending Test Orders, Patient Data, Test Descriptions And Diagnostic Test Results.5. Integration Of The Supplied Hardware And Software With The Ordering Partys It Infrastructure, In Particular The Ks-Somed System, To The Extent Necessary To Ensure Proper Data Exchange.6. Providing All Licenses Necessary For The Proper Use Of The Delivered Pacs/Ris Software And Other Software Covered By The Subject Of The Contract.7. Expiration Of The License, Termination Of The Provision Of Maintenance Services Or Termination Of Cooperation With The Contractor May Not Result In The Loss Of The Ordering Partys Access To The Data Collected In The System Or Prevent Their Export.8. Carrying Out All Activities Necessary To Obtain Approval For The X-Ray Device For Use In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including Regulations On Radiological Protection.9. The Device Must Be A Medical Device Approved For Marketing In The Eu And The Republic Of Poland In Accordance With Regulation (Eu) 2017/745 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council (Mdr) And The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices (Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 1620, As Amended).
