1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Preparation And Delivery Of One-Dish Lunches For A Maximum Of 300 Students Of The Primary School In Rydzyna In The School Year 2026-2027. As Part Of The Proceedings, Lunches Will Be Provided Only To Students Of The Primary School In Rydzyna, Who Will Only Bear The Cost Of The So-Called Feed Into The Boiler. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation And Delivery Of Ready-Made One-Dish Dinners, In The Period From September 2, 2026 To June 25, 2027, For Students Of The Primary School In Rydzyna, I.E.: A) 4 Times A Week Lunch Consisting Of The So-Called Second Course, B) Lunch Consisting Of Soup + Bread Once A Week. If There Are Fewer Than 5 School Days In A Week (Due To Holidays Or Public Holidays), It Is Also Permissible To Prepare And Deliver Soup. 2. The Primary School In Rydzyna Has A School Canteen Where Lunches Should Be Delivered. Delivery Of Meals From The Production Site To The School Canteen Will Be Carried Out By The Contractor At Its Expense. The School Has Its Own Tableware (Plates, Cutlery).3. The School Is Responsible For All Organizational Matters Related To The Direct Provision Of Meals To Children Using The School Canteen Services. The Costs Related To Serving Lunches, Washing Dishes, And Cleaning The Canteen Will Be Borne By The School - These Costs Should Not Be Included In The Calculation Of The Lunch Price.4. In The Offer Form, The Contractor Should Indicate The Net And Gross Price Of 1 Lunch And The Total Price. The Price Of 1 Lunch Should Include: A) The Price Of The Costs Of Products Necessary To Prepare 1 Lunch, The So-Called Load Into The Boiler Andb) The Price Of Other Costs Of 1 Lunch (Including The Cost Of Preparing And Delivering Meals, Collecting Leftovers From Uneaten Dinners, Etc.)5. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Present The School With A Menu For A Given Week On The Thursday Preceding Its Start, Including The Weight Of The Meal. The Menu Is Approved By The School.6. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare And Deliver Approximately 9,400 Meals (Soup + Bread) And 36,000 Meals (Second Course) To The School. At The Same Time, The School Reserves The Right To Change This Number. A) The School Plans To Provide A Maximum Of 300 Lunches Per Day. If The Total Delivery Of Lunches Is Smaller Than Planned By The School For The Day (300 Pieces), The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Financial Claims In This Respect. We Reserve The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Number Of Lunches Delivered On A Given Day According To Students Orders. Any Changes In The Number Of Ordered Lunches Will Be Reported To The Contractor By The School No Later Than 9.30 A.M. On A Given Day. The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor At Least 3 Days In Advance Of The Need To Increase Or Reduce Lunches In Previously Planned Situations (E.G.
