The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Construction Of 90 M2 Of Exhibition Space In Accordance With The Contractors Offer And The Design Of The Promotional Stand (Stand) Developed By The Contractor, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Ipu, Taking Into Account The Conditions Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Ipu; 2) Technical Service Of The Stand During The Fair; 3) Staff Of The Stand By A Total Of 2 (Two) People (Hostesses And/Or Hosts) Speaking Polish And English; 4) Dismantling Of The Completed Construction Referred To In Point 1 After The End Of The Fair; 5) Providing A Third Party Liability Insurance Policy For A Minimum Amount Of Pln 500,000.00 Against Any Damage Caused To Third Parties, Including: The Organizer Of The Fair And Sub-Exhibitors; 6) Taking And Providing The Ordering Party With Photos Regarding Activities Carried Out At The Stand Along With Copyrights To The Photos; 7) Recording, Developing And Submitting To The Ordering Party A Promotional Film Regarding The Activities Carried Out At The Stand Along With The Copyright To The Film; - As Part Of The Fine Food Australia 2026 Fair (Fair) Taking Place Between August 31 And September 3, 2026 In Melbourne, Australia, Under The Conditions Set Out In Annex No. 2 To The Agreement, Entitled Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Subject Of The Agreement).2.
