Tender for Asn -Divn: Installation Of Roof-Top/Shed -Top Solar Photo Voltaic Modules Of Total 500 Kwp Capacity System (Ppp Mode) With The Objective Of Generating And Supplying To Different Locations Of Asansol Division With Power Purchase Agreement (Ppa) At Asansol Division, Eastern Railway. , - Price For Design, Manufacture, Supply, Install, Commission, Operate ,Maintain And Transfer For Supplying Of Electricity To Railways For The Period Of 25 Years Through Implementation Of Rooftop Solar Pv System In Resco Mode , Totaling To Capacity Of 500 Kwp At Various Locations Of Asansol Division At Fixed Tariff Rate As Per The Details Mentioned In Rfq,Rfp And Ppa Documents Attached In Nit. Note: (1) Tariff Rate Shall Be Exclusive Of Taxes And Levies (Self- Generation Tax, Network Charges And Any Taxes In Future) Incidental To Connectivity And Operation Of The Solar Plants After Commercial Operation Of The Solar Plants After Commercial Operation Date (Cod). These Taxes And Levies Will Be Borne By Railways. (2) The Rates Quouted Shall Be On The Basic Tariff Rate Only And All Present And Future Statutory Levies/Charges Taxes Like Self Generation Tax, Network Charges Etc. Will Be Paid By Railway To Discom And No Recovery Need To Be Made In This Regard From Spd Of Monthly Bills. (3) Monthly Payment Will Be Made For 25 Years At Fixed Tariff Rate For The Kwh Of Solar Power Generated And Sold To Railways.
