Tender for Following Works Is To Be Carried Out On 132/33 Kv 63 Mva T/F-Ii At 220 Kv S/S Barahuwa , Centrifuging Of Oil In Main Tank Of 63 Mva T/F-Ii (T&R Make) At 220Kv S/S Barahuwa , Gorakhpur , Un-Interrupted Until The Desired Bdv & Ppm Value Of The Oil Is Achieved Including Recording All The Parameters Hourly Such As Temperature , Vacuum , Insulation Resistance Etc . Centrifuging Machine , Operator And All T&P Will Be Arranged By The Contractor , Conducting Oil Test Of Oil Sample By Arranging Appropriate Equipment For Follolwing Testing By Nabl Lab (Bdv/Ppm,Dga/Etc.) As Per Instructin Of Supervisior And Also Assistance In The T/F Testing,Main Tank , Replacement Of Conservator Tank Minimum Oil Gauge (Mog) With New Good Quality Gasket And Sealant Of Nu-Cork/Talbros Make After Removing Defective Minimum Oil Gauge And Gasket. (Men, Rest Material & T&P Shall Be Provided By The Contractor At His Own Cost). , Repairing And Rectification Of Transformer Marshalling Box Of Cooling Fan / Pump Control Circuit , The Including Work Of Tracing Cable From Marshalling Box To Fan / Pump And Replacement Of Damage Cable (Provided By Department If Required) Replacement / Repair Of Damaged Terminal Block / Channel (Provided By Contractor) In Marshalling And Referruling Of Control Cable In Marshalling Box And Cleaning Of Marshalling Box With The Help Of Cotton Cloths , Good Quality Brush And Crc , Closing Of All Unwanted Hole By Metal Strip Along With Tightening Of All Connections Provided In These Boxes And Replacement Of Good Quality Rubber Bid As Per Requirement Of Running Length With Cost Of Rubber Bid , With All Cost Of Consumables , Labour And T&P Required For Proper Completion Of Work . Work Also Include Rectifying The Error Of Oil And Winding Temperature Indication On Rtcc Panel And Oti / Wti On Marshalling Box By Replacement Of Sensor / Transducer (If Required) And Repairing And Replacement Of Marshalling Box Door Lock So That Door Will Properly Open & Closed.
