The Client Needs Approx. 150 Parking Spaces On The Route. It May Be Appropriate To Enter Into A Contract With Several Suppliers And/Or Divide The Procurement Into Different Sub-Contracts. Each Individual 24-Hour Rest Area Must Have At Least Parking Spaces For 20 Wagon Trains And Must Contain Service Facilities With Toilets, Showers And Charging Stations. Otherwise, The 24-Hour Rest Area Must Meet The Requirements Listed In Point 3.2. The Client Prefers Large 24-Hour Rest Areas And 24-Hour Rest Areas That Are Located In/Near Oslo. If We Only Receive Offers That Apply To The Section Vestby-Moss, There Is A Need For Less Than 150 Parking Spaces, And The Need Is Then Probably Less Than 70 Parking Spaces. The 24-Hour Rest Area Must Be Ready For Opening No Later Than 24 Months After The Contract Has Been Signed And The Contract Is Valid For 10 Years From The Time Of Opening. The Client Has The Option To Extend The Agreement By 1+1 Years, So That The Total Possible Rental Period Is 12 Years.
