According To Its Nature, This Acquisition Is Assessed To Have An Insignificant Impact On The Climate And Environment, Cf. Regulations § 7-9, Fifth Paragraph. The Rationale For This Is That The Procurement Concerns The Purchase Of Consulting Assistance/Advisory Services Where The Client Is Prevented From Influencing The Climate And The Environmental Impact, Since Requirements And Criteria Aimed At These Elements Will Not Have A Sufficient Connection To The Delivery, Cf. Apprentices: The Client Has Assessed The Procurement Against The Apprentice Regulations, Cf. § 7 Of The Procurement Act, And Concluded That There Are No Requirements For Apprentices In This Procurement As It Is Considered Disproportionate, Because There Is A Need For Specialized Competence That An Apprentice Cannot Be Expected To Possess, Cf. § 6 (4) Of The Apprentice Regulations.
