The Purpose Of The Agreement Is To Meet The Customers Needs For Collection, Transport And Processing Of Milled Wood From Attvin Produksjon As. The Customer Wants The Largest Possible Part Of The Wood To Go To An Approved Treatment Plant, For Material Recycling. The Remaining Quantities Must Be Used For Energy Recovery At An Approved Incineration Plant. Notes To The Agreement: • Treatment Of Impregnated Wood (Defined As Hazardous Waste) Is Not Part Of The Agreement. •In The Event Of Non-Performance Of The Suppliers Duties In Accordance With The Above, The Customer Has The Right To Order Transport And Final Treatment At Another Approved Incineration Plant With Material Recovery Or Energy Recovery At The Suppliers Expense
