The Subject Of The Order Is: Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Sewage Treatment Plant Located In Olsztyn Near Częstochowa At Ul. Orczykowa. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In Chapter Iii Of The Swz, The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And The Draft Contractual Provisions (Appendix 12A And 12B To The Swz). 3. The Works Must Be Carried Out While Ensuring Continuous Operation Of The Sewage Treatment Plant. The Ordering Party Recommends, In The First Stage Of Implementation, To Perform Construction Works Related To The Expansion Of The Sewage Treatment Plant (New Facility), Enabling The Biological Treatment Process, And To Obtain A Partial Use Permit, And Then Proceed With The Remaining Construction Works To Ensure Continuity Of Wastewater Collection And Treatment. Reconstruction And Expansion Must Not Disrupt The Operation Of The Sewage Treatment Plant. Possible Shutdowns And Changes In Device Operating Cycles Should Be Agreed With The City And Commune Of Olsztyn And Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów I Kanalizacja Okrug Częstochowskiego S.A., And The Consent Of The Supervision Inspector Must Be Obtained In Writing. 4. Note: The Order Is Co-Implemented And Co-Financed By The City And Commune Of Olsztyn And The Water And Sewage Company Of The Częstochowa District S.A. In Częstochowa, When Submitting An Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present In The Offer Form The Separate Implementation Costs Of: Reconstruction Of The Sewage Treatment Plant (Part A); Expansion Of The Sewage Treatment Plant (Part B) Note: The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. 5. The Scope Of Work On The Reconstruction Of The Sewage Treatment Plant Is Financed By Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów I Kanyzacji Publiczna Częstochowskiego S.A. The Basis For The Valuation Is The Design And Construction Documentation - Part A. 6. The Scope Of Works For The Expansion Of The Sewage Treatment Plant Is Financed By The City And Commune Of Olsztyn. The Basis For The Valuation Is The Design And Construction Documentation - Part B. 7. Local Visition: The Ordering Party Requires, In Accordance With Art. 131 Section 2 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, That Before Submitting The Offer, The Contractor Should Conduct A Local Inspection Of The Area And Facility Where The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out In Order To Obtain All Data And Information Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order And The Correct Calculation Of The Offer Price. The Contractors Presence At The On-Site Inspection Is Mandatory. 8. The City And Commune Of Olsztyn Informs That The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Sewage Treatment Plant Located In Olsztyn Near Częstochowa At Ul. Storczykowa In The Scope Of Construction Works To Expand The Sewage Treatment Plant Is Co-Financed By The European Union And A Bgk Loan As Part Of The Green Transformation Of Cities. Agreements With The Contractor Will Be Concluded: A Separate Agreement Between The Contractor And The City And Commune Of Olsztyn, And A Separate Agreement Between The Contractor And Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów I Kanalizacja Publiczna Częstochowskiego S.A. Each Ordering Party Will Make Payments Related To The Execution Of The Order On The Basis Of Separate Invoices Issued Separately For Each Of The Concluded Contracts.
