This Contract Is A Service Contract Carried Out In Various Existing And New Buildings, Occupied By The Public Law Sa Astrid, Including: • The Order, Supply, Delivery, (Dis)Assembly And Commissioning (Out Of) Service Of Computer Racks • The Order, Supply, Delivery, (Dis)Assembly And Commissioning (Decommissioning) Of Electrical Distribution Units (Pdu) In Racks • The Transport, (Dis)Assembly And Commissioning (Decommissioning) Of Static Charge Transfer Units In Racks (Sts) • The Order, Supply, Delivery, (Dis)Assembly, Documentation And Test Report And Commissioning (Decommissioning) Of Structured It Cabling Between Racks • The Order, Supply, Delivery, (Dis)Assembly, Documentation And Commissioning (Decommissioning) Of It And Electrical Connection Cords For Equipment Installed In Racks • Coordination Of Services With Other Successful Bidders Of The Astrid Public Law Sa, Including Support Based On The Project Management Model Annexed To These Specifications (Siam) • Maintaining Up-To-Date Documentation And Guarantee Monitoring Of The Aforementioned Supplies For The Period Of This Contract The Protection Of Personal Data Collected And Processed Within The Framework Of These Special Specifications Must Be Strictly Guaranteed Within The Meaning Of The General Data Protection Regulation (Eu Regulation 2016/679 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of April 27, 2016) By The Different Parties.
