For Its Research Activities, Cea Liten/Ines (Bourget Du Lac) Wishes To Acquire Pre-Industrial Equipment For The Physical Vapor Deposition Of Precursors Used In The Field Of Photovoltaics Based On A Perovskite Active Layer. The Objective Of The Equipment Is To Produce Thin Films Of Perovskite (Pk) On Textured G12 Silicon Wafers (210 × 210 Mm²) Using A Reproducible, Conformal And Homogeneous Deposition Process. The Contract Comprises The Following Phases: - Firm Phase: Studies For The Production Of Pre-Industrial Equipment Intended For The Physical Vapor Deposition Of Precursors Used In Perovskite-Based Absorbers For Photovoltaic Research, - Optional Phase: Production And Supply Of Said Equipment. This Contract Includes The Following Options*: - Optional Option No. 1: Storage Space For Substrate Carriers (Substrate Transport Trays Between The Different Chambers Of The Equipment) And Substrates - Optional Option No. 2: Stainless Steel For The Vapor Deposition Module - Optional Option No. 3: Possibility Of Monitoring And Controlling The Temperature Of The Substrate And/Or Carrier (Substrate Transport Tray) Throughout The Process – - Optional Option N°4: Mask For Glass Of 200 X 200 Mm² And Compatible With Glass Substrates With A Thickness Of 1100 ± 50Μm - Optional Option N°5: The Price Of Transport In The Event Of Lifting Of The Optional Tranche, Insurance Included, According To The Dap Cea Grenoble Conditions (Incoterms Icc 2020 Convention)
