Quotation are invited for Contingency (510%) Quantity: 1 Environmental Action for Sustainable Development (EASD) is a national, nongovernmental, non-profit, and non-political humanitarian and development organization registered in the Republic of South Sudan in April 2022. EASD was established to address the needs of vulnerable communities through interventions aimed at alleviating poverty, reducing mortality and morbidity, and improving the well-being of women, girls, youth, and other at-risk populations. EASD envisions a peaceful society where men, women, and youth live with dignity, enjoy sustainable livelihoods, and are empowered to reduce dependency on single sources of income and external assistance. The organization was founded by a group of dedicated South Sudanese development professionals with extensive experience in humanitarian and development programming, motivated by a shared commitment to strengthening national capacities and promoting locally led solutions. In line with the Government of the Republic of South Sudans efforts to build sustainable national capacity and reduce dependence on international actors, EASD works closely with local communities, government institutions, and relevant line ministries at both national and sub-national levels. The organization maintains its head office in Juba and operates field offices in Akobo, Nyirol, and Uror Counties of Jonglei State, as well as Ulang, Nasir, Maiwut, Longechuk and Malakal Counties of Upper Nile State, Rubkona, Mayom and Leer Counties Unity State.
