Request for proposals for National Campaign for Climate Change Awareness in Qatar Title : National Campaign for Climate Change Awareness in Qatar Reference : 100016064 Process : RFP Description : GGGI Qatar Office is seeking proposals from eligible firms for the implementation of the National Campaign for Climate Change Awareness in Qatar. SCOPE OF WORK: The Scope of Work and Activities for the National Climate Change Awareness Campaign (20262028) are structured to raise climate awareness and improve understanding among school and university students through three integrated pillars. The campaign is led by the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MECC), with technical support from the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI), while content production, logistical execution, and operational support are delivered by a competitively procured third-party firm under MECCs strategic oversight and direction. Scope of Work The core scope involves designing and implementing a multi-year campaign. Prior to the formal contractual start date, a Mobilization and Alignment period (MayJune 2026) covers internal setup activities including scope finalization, implementation calendar establishment, M&E framework definition, and MECC governance alignment. The contractual work is then divided into a phased approach: Year 1 Pilot Period (July 2026 June 2027): Establishing campaign architecture, delivering digital platforms, three university seminars (QU, UDST, Private University), and three national school competitions. Culminates with the Annual Campaign Impact Report and performance evaluation. Years 23 (20272028): Scaling up high-impact initiatives based on performance data to embed climate awareness into youth culture. GGGI provides technical oversight, while the contracted third-party firm delivers creative production, branding, and operational support. For further details on the Scope of Work, please refer to the Terms of Reference available under the published Document Set IMPORTANT TIMELINES: The tender submission deadline is 13 July 2026, 16:00 KST (Korean Standard Time) Note: If any bidder has any request for clarification on the TOR or any part of the tender documents, GGGI will be happy to clarify if the request is received on or before 7 days before the deadline (namely: if the tender submission deadline is 16:00 13 July KST, then the due date for submission of request for clarification is 16:00 6 July KST). Interested parties will be required to register their details on the GGGI e-Green Procurement Portal (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/gggi). HOW TO OBTAIN THE DOCUMENTS: Documents can be accessed via the e-Green Procurement Portal by selecting View Details on the relevant notice and then clicking the Tender Application button. If you are a new supplier, you will be required to register your details. If you have an existing account, you will need to login to the portal. Please refer to the guidance documents under the `Supplier Guidance` area of the portal for further information.
