Tenders are invited for Private Sector Engagement Strategy and Action Plan - Saint Vincent and the Grenadines PROJECTS SAINT VINCENT AND THE GRENADINES: PURSUING CLIMATE RESILIENT DEVELOPMENT BY ENHANCING THE NATIONAL ADAPTATION PLANNING PROCESS (VCT-RS-005). AND STRENGTHENING SVGS NATIONAL CAPACITY TO ACCELERATE CLIMATE ACTION BY ADDRESSING ITS INSTITUTIONAL, TECHNICAL AND CLIMATE FINANCING NEEDS THROUGH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE READINESS REPORT AND ACTION PLAN (VCT-RS-006) 1.1 The Consultant shall perform the services specified in Annex I Terms of Reference, which is made an integral part of this Contract (hereinafter referred to as the Services); 1.2 The Consultant shall provide the personnel listed in Annex II, (hereinafter referred to as Key Personnel); 1.3 The Consultant shall provide services in accordance with the methodology specified in Annex III, (hereinafter referred to as the Methodology); 1.4 The Consultant shall submit to the CCCCC the reports in the form and within the time periods specified in Annex IV, (hereinafter referred to as Consultants Reporting Obligations); 1.5 The Consultant shall be bound by the Confidentiality Agreement, Annex V (hereinafter referred to as the Confidentiality Agreement); Deliverables: VCT-RS-005 Deliverable #1, Inception Report - 10% valued at (USD) upon the CCCCCs approval of Deliverable 1 and submission of an invoice in the same amount; Deliverable #2 &3, Stakeholder mapping of private sector actors and Draft Cost-benefit analysis report sector actors.- 20 % valued at (USD) upon the CCCCCs approval of Deliverable 2&3 and submission of an invoice in the same amount; Deliverable #4, Validation Report on Cost-benefit analysis - 5 % valued at (USD) upon the CCCCCs approval of Deliverable 4 and submission of an invoice in the same amount Tender Link : https://www.developmentaid.org/#!/tenders/search
