The Services Must Be Fully Executed In The Defined Facilities, In Accordance With The Deadlines And Requirements Established In The Bases And Technical Specifications, Considering The Structural Reinforcement And The Repair Of Existing Metal Elements. Offerors Must Consider All Of The Attached Technical Specifications, Accepting Only Those Offers That Comply With All The Conditions And Technical Standards Requested By The Municipality.
