Within The Framework Of A Business Framework Contract Total Quantity (Planned): - Chemical Weeding: 7,702,214 M2/24 Months - Mowing Dry Weeds Up To The Level Of The Rail Crown: 1,233,876 M2/24 Months The Details Are Included In The Price Table And The Technical Description. The Quantities Given In The Price Table Have Been Determined For 12 Months Based On Previous Usage Experience, So-Called Empirical Quantities. The Experimental Quantities Have Been Given For The Purpose Of A Well-Founded Assessment Of The Offers, To Determine The Total Offer Price Without Vat, The Quantities Procured Under The Contract May Differ From These Experimental Data. Only The Unit Prices Are Indicated In The Annex To The Contract To Be Concluded. The Tenderer Undertakes To Issue An Order With A Total Value Of 70% Of The Total Sum Fixed In The Framework Contract. The Bidder Must Submit His Bid In The Knowledge Of The Above. The Tenderer Draws Attention To The 321/2015. (X. 30.) To The Provisions Of Section 46 (3) Of The Government Decree. He Undertakes That If The Bidder Orders The Service With The Above Maximum Frequency, He Will Ensure Complete Weed Removal In The Sections Of The Electric Line Network Affected By Weeding; • Undertakes The Collection, Transport And Destruction Of Hazardous Waste (Chemical Residues); • By The Time The Contract Is Signed At The Latest, At Least 1 Employee Per Work Group - Who Is On Site At The Time Of Work - Will Have The 19/2011. (V.21.) With A Valid Railway Supervisor Exam Related To The Road Electric Railway Track Network Or Gear Railway According To The Nfm Decree; • By The Time The Contract Is Signed At The Latest, You Will Have 1 Employee With A Specialist Qualification In Plant Protection (Plant Protection Engineer Or Plant Doctor With Higher Education); • The Employee Managing The Work On Site Will Have A Green Book; • The Agreed Warranty Period Is At Least 4 Weeks From The Date Of Receipt; • The Number Of Weeks For The Weed-Free Period; • The Scope Of The Warranty
