The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Professional Services In The Field Of Fire Protection And Safety And Health Protection At Work For The Contracting Authoritys Establishments/Workplaces (These Are The Contracting Authoritys Establishments/Workplaces Under The Management Of The Mhmp Services Department, A Total Of 24 Establishments/Workplaces) In The Scope Of Fulfilling The Contracting Authoritys Obligations In The Field Of Occupational Health And Safety Resulting From Generally Binding Legal Regulations (With The Exception Of Matters Under The Responsibility Of The Personnel Department, Carrying Out Revisions Of Equipment And Material Resources And The Performance Of The Coordinator Osh On The Construction Site). Part Of The Performance Will Also Be The Continuous Updating Of The Existing Po And Osh Documentation Of The Contracting Authority, Including Its Continuous Refinement, If Required By Generally Binding Legal Regulations. As Part Of The Implementation, Employee Training Services In The Field Of Health And Safety Will Also Be Provided.
