The Subject Of The Order Is A Project Called Construction Of The Klimontów Bypass Along Dw 758, Including Works Involving The Construction Of A Section Of Provincial Road No. 758 With A Length Of Approx. 3.97 Km, Along With The Reconstruction Of The Existing National Road No. 9 With A Length Of Approx. 0.36 Km, Along With Installations And Road Equipment, Infrastructure Necessary For The Operation Of The Road, Including The Construction Of Engineering Structures: A 9-Span Flyover Over The Koprzywianka River, Access Ramps Enabling Access To The Flyover And The Construction Of Intersections With Municipal, District And National Roads. 2.
