Natural Gas – Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel (Sale And Distribution) To Properties Administered By The Real Estate Management Company In The Włochy District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw In The Period From October 1, 2026 To September 30, 2028.. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Natural Gas And The Provision Of Distribution Services, Which Will Be Carried Out Under The Conditions Specified In The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43), The Implementing Provisions Of This Act And Generally Applicable Legal Provisions. Settlements For The Distribution Of Natural Gas Will Be Based On Current Readings Of The Measurement System. The Estimated Demand For Natural Gas In The Period From October 1, 2026 To September 30, 2028 Is 7,720,236 Kwh. The Estimated Demand For Natural Gas Was Used To Calculate The Estimated Value Of The Order, Which May Differ From The Actual Use Of Natural Gas And Cannot Be The Basis For Any Claims From The Contractor. The Projected Gas Consumption Is Indicative Because It Is Not Possible To Determine In Advance The Amount That Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party And Does Not Constitute An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Natural Gas In The Given Quantity. 2. The Ordering Party Informs That It Is Exempt From Excise Duty On Gas Products For Heating Purposes Pursuant To Art. 31B Section 2 Of The Act Of December 6, 2008 On Excise Duty. 3. The Ordering Party Informs That The Provisions Of The Act Of January 26, 2022 On Special Solutions For The Protection Of Gas Fuel Consumers In Connection With The Situation On The Gas Market Apply To These Proceedings. 4. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 4.1 The Supplied Natural Gas Should Meet Legal Requirements And Technical Parameters In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997. Energy Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43) And Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis, And The Act Of February 16, 2007 On Stocks Of Crude Oil, Petroleum Products And Natural Gas And Rules Of Conduct In Situations Of Threat To The States Fuel Security And Disruptions On The Oil Market (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 599). 4.2 The Ordering Party Informs That The Current Comprehensive Agreements Are Concluded For A Fixed Period Until September 30, 2026. The Contractor Himself Must Terminate, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, The Comprehensive Agreements For All Gas Consumption Points, Which Are Valid Until September 30, 2026. The Ordering Party Requires That Any Change Of The Natural Gas Supplier Be Carried Out For The Ordering Party Without Disruptions In The Supply Of Natural Gas, Including Sales And Distribution. 4.3 The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Course And Timely Execution Of The Order. 4.4 The Costs Of Using The Subject Of The Order Will Include: Gas Fee, Subscription Fee, Fixed Distribution Fee And Variable Distribution Fee. The Recipient Is Classified By The Appropriate Distribution System (Dso) Into Tariff Groups With The Designations W-3.6, W-4, W-5.1. 4.5 The Contractor Undertakes To Submit To The Osd, On Behalf Of Itself And The Ordering Party (Recipient), A Notification On The Conclusion Of This Contract / Notification Of A Change Of Supplier, And To Represent The Ordering Party Before The Osd In The Process Of Changing The Supplier. 4.6
