The Goal Of The Procurement Is To Acquire A Flexible Partner For Home Appliance Deliveries And Installations And Maintenance Of Home Appliance Equipment In Residential Properties Owned By Vav (Hereinafter Referred To As The Client) Located In Vantaa. According To Previous, Indicative Statistics, Household Appliances Are Renewed And Serviced In The Following Annual Volumes In The Customers Real Estate Portfolio: • Stoves Are Renewed Approximately 1,200 Units/Year, Cooker Hoods Are Renewed Approximately 650 Units/Year, Refrigerators Are Renewed Approximately 1,300 Units/Year • Separate Maintenance Inspections Of Household Appliances Are Performed Approximately 600 Units/Year, Separate Household Appliance Equipment Repairs Are Made At An Estimated 600 Units/Year. The Subscriber Chooses One Provider. The Basis For Making The Procurement Decision Is Overall Economic Affordability, According To The Scoring. The Maximum Points Are 1,000 Points. The Customer Requires The Bidders To Carefully Familiarize Themselves With All The Annexes To The Procurement Notice And The Contract Terms. The Tenderer Must Submit A Tender For All Works On The Tender Form. If The Bidder Has Not Offered All The Work Specified In The Bid Form, The Bid Will Be Interpreted As Incomplete For The Relevant Section. An Incomplete Bid Will Be Rejected. From The Point Of View Of The Tenderer, It Is Also Important To Note That The Works And Prices Offered Must Include All The Criteria Defined In This Request For Tender, The Draft Procurement Contract And The Service Description. The Service Is Implemented In Accordance With The Request For Tender, Service Description And Quality Requirements. The Offer Given By The Provider Is Binding. The Procurement Contract Is Only Created When The Written Contract Is Signed, After The Settlement Negotiations. In A Procurement That Exceeds The Eu Threshold, The Contract Can Be Concluded No Earlier Than 14 Days After The Tenderer Has Received Or Is Deemed To Have Received The Decision With The Reasons. The Tenderer May Not, For Example, Present Conditions In Their Own Tender Documents That Would Affect The Content Of The Procurement Contract. The Target Start Date Of The Contract Period Is January 1, 2027, And The Contract Is Valid Indefinitely, With A Notice Period Of Nine (9) Months.
