Cleaning Services - Providing Comprehensive Cleaning And Non-Medical Services At Sp Zoz Psychiatric Hospital In Toszek, Including Taking Over Employees In Accordance With Art. 231 Of The Labor Code. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Service For Maintaining Cleanliness And Disinfection Of Hospital Rooms And Auxiliary Work With Patients In The Facilities Of The Sp Zoz Psychiatry Hospital Located In Toszek At Ul. Gliwicka 5 And In The Branch Office In Dąbrówka, With The Simultaneous Taking Over From The Ordering Party Of Employees Employed In Positions Related To The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order Pursuant To Art. 23 Of The Labor Code. 2. The Takeover Of Employees Performing Cleaning Services Will Take Place In Accordance With Art. 231 Of The Labor Code, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of Art. 261 Of The Act Of 23 May 1991 On Trade Unions (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 440). 3. As Part Of The Takeover, The Contractor Will A) Take Over 38 Employees Who Have Previously Performed Building Cleaning Services For Sp Zoz Szpital Psychiatryczny In Toszek, Employed Under An Employment Contract Pursuant To Art. 22 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code, I.E. Journal Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended. Amended), For A Period Of At Least 12 Months, B) Takes Over The Employees As A New Employer In Accordance With Art. 231 Of The Labor Code, In Accordance With The Information Provided By The Ordering Party Regarding Employees Employed In Positions Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. 4. The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Specialized Cleaning And Disinfection Of Hospital Surfaces And Hospital Equipment, B) 24-Hour Cleaning Of Hospital Rooms, C) Washing, Disinfecting And Making Patient Beds, D) Assistance (In The Case Of A Reduced Staff Of Medical Staff And Only Under The Supervision And Cooperation With Medical Staff) With: • Assistance In Changing The Patients Position, • Carrying And Transporting Patients On Wheelchairs Within The Ward, • Assistance In Washing Patients, Giving And Taking Away Bowls Of Water, • Helping In Dressing And Undressing The Patient, • Helping The Nurse In Performing Various Types Of Simple Activities With The Patient (Giving/Taking Away The Duck/Bath, Changing Bedding, Helping With Getting Up, Conveying To Nurses The Problems Reported By The Patient, Airing The Rooms, Etc.), • Helping The Medical Staff In Changing Clothes And Shoes, • Helping In Feeding And Watering Patients, • Helping In Distributing And Preparing Meals, E) Activities Related To Management Of Underwear And Hospital Clothing In Hospital Wards, F) Operation Of Linen Warehouses, G) Participation In Activities Related To Waste Management, H) Taking Care Of Constant
