The Contract To Be Awarded Includes The Following Services: A) Construction Site Setup, B) Earthworks: Creation Of The Base Layer, The Subgrade, Excavation And Disposal In The On-Site Excavation Pit/Shoring, C) Shell Construction Work: - Bri A Total Of Approx. 71,000 Cbm, - A Total Of Approx. 2,700 Tons Of Reinforcing Steel, - A Total Of Approx. Approx. 8,100 Sqm Filigree Ceilings, D) Timber Hybrid Construction: Delivery And Installation In Wood-Concrete Composite Construction Of Approx. 900 Cubic Meters Of Glued Laminated Timber Columns And Beams, E) Steel Construction Work: Delivery And Installation Of A Steel Staircase (Approx. 4 Tons) With Concrete Filling, F) Insulation And Sealing Work, G) Work In And On The Listed Building, H) Tga - Underground Pipes And Built-In Parts, I) Tga - Built-In Parts For Elevator Systems, J) Tga - Electrical Conduit Work And Earthing Systems, K) Scaffolding Work And Fall Protection For The Provision Of Your Own Services. The Performance Of The Service Is Expected To Begin Between The End Of December 2026 And The End Of May 2027. The Service Must Then Be Completed Within A Period Of 432 Working Days.
