The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Open Supply Of Loss And Self-Use Electricity Of Järvi-Suomen Energia Oy (Hereinafter The Customer), Including A Portfolio Management Service. In Addition, The Purchase Includes, As An Option, A Brokerage Service For Certificates Of Origin Of Renewable Electricity. The Amount Of Electricity Lost By The Subscriber Is Approximately 49.8 Gwh/Year And The Amount Of Self-Use Electricity Is Approximately 0.9 Gwh/Year. The Declared Amounts Are Estimates With Annual Variation. Self-Use Electricity Is Used In 56 Places Of Use. The Customer Reserves The Right To Add Or Remove Self-Use Electricity Usage Places Within The Scope Of Their Normal Turnover. The Customers Loss And Self-Use Electricity Hourly Series For The Period 1.1.-31.12.2025 Will Be Submitted As An Attachment To The Tender Request. In Procurement, The Price Of Electric Energy Is Made Up Of The Spot Delivery Of Physical Electricity, The Analysis Of Power-Based Price Fixings Made To Reduce Price Risk, The Suppliers Margin, And The Grid Company Fingrids Currently Valid Production And Consumption Volume Fee. If The Customer Uses The Optional Renewable Electricity Certificate Of Origin Brokerage Service, The Margin Of The Brokerage Service And The Realized Acquisition Cost Of The Certificates Of Origin Will Be Added To The Price Of Electricity. Waste Electricity Is Treated As One Place Of Use, Although In Reality The Amount Of Lost Electricity Is Determined Based On The Electricity Consumption Of All Places Of Use, As Well As Production And Limit Point Measurements. Waste Electricity Includes, In Addition To Electricity Transmission And Distribution Losses, All Such Amounts Of Electricity That, Based On The Measured Data, Are Not Allocated To Any Specific Place Of Use (E.G. Possible Measurement Errors, Etc.). The Fixed-Term Contract Period For The Procurement Is 1 January 2027 - 31 December 2029. However, According To Section 23 Of The Electricity Market Act, The Network Operator Must Acquire The Loss And Self-Use Energy Of Its Electricity Network In Accordance With Open, Non-Discriminatory And Market-Based Procedures. In Order To Fulfill The Aforementioned Conditions According To The Electricity Market Act, The Procurement Entity Publishes An Open Procurement Notice For The Procurement.
