The Fhf Has Been Operating The Hc Training Management System For Many Years As A Central Specialist Process For Planning And Managing Training, Studies, Advanced Training And Events On The Afz Kw Campus. In Order To Ensure Smooth Training And Further Education Operations, The Local Institutions Jointly Use The Hc Specialist Procedure, Which Provides, Among Other Things, The Current Event, Participant, Accommodation, Catering And Timetable Data. The Basic Infrastructure Such As Servers, Operating Systems And Database Servers Are Provided And Maintained By Zit-Bb For This Process As Part Of A Service Agreement. The Database And Specialist Administration Is Carried Out By The Fhf Itself. A Complete Migration Of The Specialist Process To The Central Data Center Of The Zit-Bb Could Not Be Carried Out As Part Of The Afz Kw Migration Project In 2017 Due To Insufficient Performance And Availability. The Software From Hc On Which Todays Solution Is Based Is Already Over 20 Years Old And Can No Longer Be Technologically Adapted To The Current State Of The Art. Since The Manufacturer Stopped Servicing, The Solution Has Been Maintained And Further Developed Independently By The Fhf. This Results In An Fhf / Afz Kw-Specific Individual Solution With A Very High Degree Of Adaptation And Coverage Of The Requirements Of Training Management And Administrative Functions Of The Fhf And The Other Institutions Involved. The Hc Specialist Process Achieves A High Level Of Integration With Other Components/Products And All Authorities Involved At The Königs Wusterhausen Location. The Aim Of The Award Process Is To Procure A Campus Management System For The Königs Wusterhausen Training And Further Education Center Based On An Evb It System Contract. The Subject Of The Service Is The Provision, Installation, Configuration And Commissioning Of A Modular Campus Management System (Cms) For The Entire Campus As Well As All Training And Further Education Facilities. The New System Is Intended To Completely Replace The Existing Hc Procedure As Part Of An Introductory Project. The Implementation Phase Is Followed By Service, Support And Maintenance Services Over A Period Of Four Years, With The Option Of A One-Off Extension For Another Year. The Future Solution Is To Be Operated By Zit-Bb (On Premise) And Independently Managed And Used By Specialist Administrators By The Afz Kw Facilities, Here Under The Leadership Of The Fhf. As A Supplementary Service Offer To The Basic Operating Offer At Zit-Bb, The External Operation Of The Solution Must Also Be Offered By The Provider As A Completely Cloud-Based Solution.
