The Bbmk Is The Only Authentically Preserved Iron Ore Mine And Museum In The Westphalia Region. The Buildings On The Property In Question Were Built Between 1935 And 1938. Since 1988, The Buildings Have Served As A Museum With An Attached Workshop As Well As Storage And Exhibition Areas. The Service Of This Tender Includes All Work Required For Demolition And Dismantling Work.
