Sports Facilities Operation Services – Public Service Concession For The Operation, Upkeep And Maintenance Of The Odysséeo Aquatic Center And The Summer Swimming Pool Of The City Of Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Award The Service Concession Contract For The Operation Of The Aquatic Center And Summer Swimming Pool In The Town Of Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux, Launched In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Following Articles L.1411-1 And R. 1411-1 Of The General Code Of Local Authorities (Cgct) And The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Code. It Was Decided To Resort To An Open Procedure, In Application Of The Decision Of The Council Of State Of December 15, 2006, Société Corsica Ferries (Request No. 298618) The Terms Of Which Are Confirmed - Implicitly But Necessarily - By The Public Procurement Code. As Part Of The Future Contract, The Concessionaire Will Be Entrusted With The Management And Operation Of The Aquatic Center And The Summer Swimming Pool And All Of The Related Public Service Missions, And Thus Transfer A Risk Linked To The Operation Of The Delegated Service. His Remuneration Will Come For A Substantial Part From The Operating Revenues Of The Activities For Which He Will Be Responsible, But Also From A Fixed Public Contribution Which Will Be Paid To Him By The Granting Authority And Which Will Be Defined In The Draft Contract.
