Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – Objektplanung Nach § 35 Hoai 2021. In Order To Promote Inclusion And To Relieve The Structural Burden On The School Location, Additional Classrooms Are To Be Created At The Nordlicht School (Nls) And At The Same Time The Supervised Open All-Day School (Bogs) Is To Be Permanently And Functionally Accommodated In The Existing Building. The Measure Consists Of Two Functionally Directly Related Sub-Projects, Which Are To Be Planned, Coordinated And Implemented As An Overall Measure. The Necessary Rooms For The Bogs Are To Be Created Through Renovation Work In The Existing Building Of The Nordlicht School. At The Same Time, A New Building Or Extension For Campus Classes Is Planned, Which Will Accommodate Classrooms That Are Currently Still Being Used Provisionally In Bogs Rooms. This Reorganization Is Intended To Resolve Usage Conflicts And Create A Long-Term, Sustainable Spatial Structure For Teaching And All-Day Operations. Due To The Existing Lack Of Space, There Is A High Amount Of Time Pressure To Act. Planning Must Therefore Be Carried Out In A Targeted, Coordinated And Time-Oriented Manner.
