Implementation Milestones: - Kickoff Expected From Week 43 - 2026 - Connection Of The Systems In Test Operation By November 2026 - Productive Connection Of The Systems By December 2026 - Phase 1: Rollout In The Straubing-Bogen District, Schwandorf District And The City Of Straubing By Q1 2027 - Phase 2: Equipping The Local Public Transport Stops And Buses In The Entire Network Area By Q2 2027 - Phase 3: Conversion To Cico For All Validators In The Entire Network Area By July 2027. The Detailed Task Description Can Be Found In The Requirements Catalog A03 Idbt Specifications Cxp4db0mnzr And A04 Specifications Cxp4db0mnzr. There Is No Obligation For The Client To Commission The Complete Services And Quantities As Well As The Full Order Sum Or The Optional Offer Components. The Quantities Shown In The Attachment List Of Services Cxp4db0mnzr Only Represent Non-Binding Approximate Quantities. The Client Is Neither Obliged To Completely Accept The Specified Quantities Nor To Utilize The Entire Order Sum. The Project Is To Be Financed Primarily By State Funding From The Free State Of Bavaria, And Otherwise By The Districts And Cities Involved. The Funding Requirements Are Currently Still In Coordination With The Funding Provider; An Application For Funding Has Not Yet Been Submitted. The Financing Of The Project Is Therefore Not Fully Secured At This Point In Time. The Award Procedure And The Award Of The Contract Are Subject To The Proviso That The Funding And Overall Financing Of The Project Is Secured. The Client Reserves The Right To Cancel The Award Procedure In Accordance With Section 63 Paragraph 1 Vgv If, Contrary To Expectations, The Funding And Financing Requirements Are Not Met. The Client Will Inform The Bidders Immediately About The Progress Of The Funding Coordination. The Contract To Be Concluded With The Contractor Will Grant The Client A Clear Right Of Withdrawal In Text Form Without Any Financial Consequences In The Event That The Benefits Are Not Granted (See No. 1.5.2 Sentence 2 Lit. A Vv To Art. 44 Bayho). The Start Of The Service Requires A Separate Written Approval From The Client, Which Is Only Given After Funding And Financing Has Been Secured. By Submitting Their Offer, The Bidders Acknowledge And Acknowledge The Above Funding And Financing Reservations. Legal Claims Remain Unaffected.
