The Contractors Offer Is An Integral Part Of The Contract; (9) Subcontractor Is Any Natural Or Legal Person Specified In The Contractors Offer And In The Contract As A Subcontractor For Part Of The Activities, Including The Legal Successors Of This Person, But Not His Proxies.
