Description Of The Subject Of The Order: Pavements. As Part Of The Investment, It Is Planned To Build A 0.326 Km Long Surface. The Roads Will Be Made Of Concrete Cubes (Road Width 3.0 – 4.5 M). The Existing Exits To The Property Will Be Rebuilt. Characteristics: Length Of The Section - 326 M Road - Single Carriageway, Two-Way, Number Of Lanes - 2, One In Each Direction, Width Of The Road - From 3 M To 4.5 M, Type Of Surface - Concrete Cubes The Entire Investment Project Covers The Area: Roadway Made Of Concrete Cubes - 1,343 M2, Roadway Made Of Cubes Concrete - 270 M2 Greenery - 840 M2 Structure Of The Road And Exits 8 Cm - Ecological Concrete Cubes, Gray Or Graphite (Exit) 6 Cm - Technological Sand Bedding 30 Cm - Foundation Of Broken Aggregate With Continuous Grain, Mechanically Stabilized C50/3015 Cm - Layer Of Improved Subgrade Made Of Non-Seeded Soil Cbr>25% Reinforcing Geotextile Lawn Construction Designed Lawns, Including Supplements After Works In Places Of Existing Lawns, Should Be Made By Building Layers Of A Mixture Of Fertile Soil And Peat With A Thickness As Needed (Minimum Thickness 10 Cm) And Sowing With A Mixture Of Grasses. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In The Specification Of Terms Of Order (Swz) Attached To This Contract, Technical Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And, Additionally, The Bill Of Quantities, Which As Annex No. 10, 11, 12 In The Swz Constitute An Integral Part Of The Contract. The Bill Of Quantities Is An Auxiliary Document For The Preparation Of The Offer. 4. The Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Construction Documentation, Applicable Regulations, Standards And On The Terms Agreed In The Contract.5. The Contractor Assumes The Obligations Specified In The Contract And Related To The Performance Of Services And Construction Works. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform All Obligations Arising From The Contract For The Execution Of The Order In Good Faith And With Professional Diligence. In Particular, The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With Legal Provisions. The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For The Performance Of All Services That Are The Subject Of The Contract And For The Persons Or Entities With Whose Help The Contractor Performs His Duties Or To Whom He Entrusts Their Performance.6. Under The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain The Documents Necessary To Start The Works.7.
