The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order In Particular Includes: - Execution Of Disassembly Works (Disassembly Of Existing: Benches, Waste Bins, Information Boards, Playground Equipment And Fencing). - Execution Of A Safe Surface (Earthworks With Soil Removal, Construction Of The Pavement Edge, Construction Of A Drainage Layer With Compaction On An Area Of 333.76 M2, Execution Of The Lower And Upper Layers Of Substructure Made Of Crushed Aggregates On The Surface 333.76 M2, Construction Of A Polyurethane Surface For Play Equipment On An Area Of 333.76 M2 (Underlay Layer: Sbr Granulate Rubber Mat, 100 Mm Thick; Wear Layer: Epdm Granulate Rubber Mat, 10 Mm Thick - Hic Fall Height Up To 2.5 M). - Delivery And Installation Of Play Equipment (Themed Play Set, Climbing Play Set, Double Swing, Assembly Devices From Dismantling: A Double Swing And A Carousel).- Construction Of A Playground Fence And A Gate With A Length Of 52.30 M (Fence Made Of Steel Elements Protected Against Corrosion And Additionally Painted With Structural Acrylic Varnish; Pickets - Hpl Board Resistant To Uv Radiation, Colors Of The Pickets In Gray And Brown).- Construction Of A Sidewalk Made Of Concrete Cubes (Construction Of A Trough Over The Entire Width Sidewalk, Making Ballast With Mechanical Compaction, Making A Footing For The Edges, Installing The Edge With A Concrete Pavement). - Carrying Out Finishing Works (Topsoil Planting). - Delivery And Installation Of Municipal Equipment (3 Park Benches, 3 Waste Bins, Information Boards). 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation, Including: Construction Design, 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), 3) Bills Of Quantities, Provided That If The Content Of The Design Documentation And Stwiorb Contains Any Provisions Regarding The Evidence In Question, Warranty Periods, On-Site Inspection Or Regarding The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular The Rules For The Introduction Of Additional Or Replacement Works, Acceptance Of Works, Method Of Settlement, Which Are Not Reflected In The Content Of This Swz And The Draft Contract Or Are Inconsistent With Them, The Provisions Of The Swz And The Draft Contract Constituting An Annex To The Swz Should Be Accepted As Binding.
