The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Roof And Associated Works In The Municipal Building At Ul. 3 Maja 45, Together With The Construction Of A Fence For The Property. The Scope Of The Order Includes: - Demolition Of The Roof Covering Made Of Onduline Boards, - Disassembly Of Roof Truss Elements - Cladding, - Disassembly Of Gutters, Downpipes, Sheet Metal Flashings (Chimneys, Fire Walls, Cornices), - Biocidal Impregnation Of Wooden Roof Structure Elements, - Installation Of Fascia Boards.  Installation Of Pre-Covering Foil And  Roof Covering With Metal Tiles Along With Installation Of Ridge Tiles,  Execution Of Sheet Metal Flashings,  Installation Of Gutters And Downpipes,  Installation Of Chimney Sweep Benches, Snow Fences And Chimney Steps, Insulation Of Chimneys Above The Roof, Installation Of Chimney Caps,  Installation Of Turbowent Ventilation Cowls.  Plugging Off Unused Ventilation Ducts  Construction Of A Section Of The Sidewalk With The Substructure  Construction Of A Fence Within The Garbage Shelter  Removal And Disposal Of The Resulting Construction Waste. The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Design Documentation And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
