1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Renovation And Modernization Works Of A Residential Premises At Ul. Brzegowa 10/9 In Dzierżoniów.2. The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order Include The Renovation Of A Residential Premises Along With The Construction Of An Internal Gas Installation And Ventilation And Exhaust Chimneys For The Premises Located In Dzierżoniów At Ul. Brzegowa 10/9. These Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Scope Of Work Specified In The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And Sketches Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Bills Of Quantities Specify The Scope Of Work Constituting The Basis For Calculating The Value Of The Lump Sum Remuneration For The Premises.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Scope Of Works Indicated In The Draft Contract, In The Design Documentation And In The Drawings. Both The Technical Description And Drawings (Graphic Part) Of The Projects Are Equivalent And Describe The Subject Of The Order.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works In Accordance With Construction Practice.5. The Task Is Carried Out With Financial Support From The Subsidies Fund, Implemented By Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego.6. The Contractors Obligations As Part Of The Remuneration For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Include In Particular: 1) Ensuring The Proper Quality Of The Works And Incorporated Materials, 2) Carrying Out The Works In A Way That Does Not Cause Difficulties In The Use Of The Building By Users And Third Parties, As Well As In The Vicinity Of The Work Site, 3) Implementing The Subject Of The Order Indicated In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Description Of The Subject Of The Order, As Well As In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Due Diligence And The Provisions Of The Construction Law, 4) Securing The Work Site During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Provisions Occupational Health And Safety, 5) Securing Appropriate Social Conditions For Employees Employed In The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, 6) Bearing Full Responsibility For Ensuring And Observing Safety Conditions During The Performance Of The Works, 7) Making The Subject Of The Order From Construction Products Approved For Trading And Use In Construction And In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In Stwiorb, 8) Presenting To The Ordering Party The Necessary Approvals, Certificates And Other Documents Confirming The Quality Of The Built-In Materials And Approval For Use In Construction, Upon Each Request, 9) Insurance Of The Works Covered By Scope Of The Order, From Any Risk Related To Carrying Out Works On The Facility In Question, And Providing Documents Confirming The Above. Obligation To Respond To Each Request Of The Ordering Partys Representatives, 10) To Be Liable For Any Damage Incurred During The Performance Of The Works, As Well As For
