The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In The Technical Specification For The Acceptance Of Works, Bills Of Quantities And Graphic Descriptions, Which Constitute Appendices To This Specification.4. The Minimum Warranty Period Is 24 Months.6. In The Case Of Proper Names In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications And This Specification, Equivalent Solutions With No Worse Parameters Are Allowed. If The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Contract By Indicating Standards, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, It Should Be Understood That It Is Possible To Use Solutions Equivalent To Those Specified In The Swz And Tender Documentation, Marking Such Indications Or References With The Words Or Equivalent Or Or Equivalent, Respectively, Provided That Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. An Equivalent Solution Is Also Permissible If The Word Equivalent Or Equivalent Is Not Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Construction Materials That Are Listed In The Design Documentation And Detailed Technical Specifications, Provided That The Equivalent Materials Will Have At Least The Same Technical Parameters As The Materials Listed In The Above-Mentioned Documents.
