1. The Need To Renovate The Showers In The Sports Complex At Ul. Niegocińska 2A Is Due To The Poor Technical Condition Of The Drainage Installation And Elements Of The Shower Area Equipment. During The Operation Of The Facility, Numerous Cases Of Leaks Were Recorded Due To The Progressive Corrosion Of Pipes And Drainage Elements, Which Leads To Dampness Of Building Partitions And Poses A Risk Of Further Degradation Of The Structure And Finishing Of Rooms. The Current Condition Of The Installation Also Causes Problems With Proper Drainage Of Water From The Floor, Resulting In Water Pooling In Communication And Shower Areas. This Situation Increases The Risk Of Slips And Falls Among Facility Users And Negatively Affects The Hygienic And Sanitary Conditions Of The Premises. As Part Of The Renovation, It Is Necessary To Repair The Floors Moisture-Proof Insulation, The Damage Of Which Contributes To The Penetration Of Moisture Into The Structural Layers Of The Substrate. Failure To Take Corrective Actions May Result In Further Deterioration Of The Technical Condition Of The Rooms, The Formation Of Fungi And Mold, And An Increase In The Costs Of Future Renovations. Existing Shower Partitions Also Require Replacement, Which, Due To The Degree Of Wear And Long-Term Use, Does Not Ensure The Proper Standard Of Use And The Maintenance Of Appropriate Hygienic Conditions. New Fences Will Improve The Functionality And Comfort Of Using Showers. The Implementation Of The Order Is Necessary To Ensure Safe And Appropriate Use Of The Sports Facility, Maintain The Proper Technical Condition Of The Infrastructure And Meet Hygienic And Sanitary Requirements For People Using The Sports Complex.
