The Service Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Requirements And Recommendations Of The Manufacturers Of The Serviced Equipment. 3. The Frequency Of Inspections Depends On The Specificity Of The Device And Must Be Consistent With The Technical Document (Passport).4. The Activities That Will Be Performed In Connection With The Purchase, Maintenance, Inspection, Repair, Overhaul Or Disposal Of The Device Must Be Recorded In The Device Passport Located In The Appropriate Nursing/Planning Station.5. Inspections Of Measuring Instruments, Such As Blood Pressure Monitors, Must Be Described In The Appropriate Device Inspection Protocols.6. The Number Of Units Of Equipment Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is Consistent With The Attached List - Annex No. 1.7. Types Of Equipment Covered By Servicing: Cryotherapy Apparatus, Diathermy, Interdynamic, Inhalers, Therapeutic Lamps, Therapeutic Laser, Magnetronic, Rehabilitation Tables, Water Massage Bathtubs And Whirlpools, Pearl-Ozone Bath Devices, Pumps, Reducers, Dryers, Exercise Bikes, Rowing Machine Devices, Steppers, Pulse Attachments, Glucometers, Ultrasonic Therapy Apparatus, Chairs Showers, Exercise Columns And Chairs, Ecg Machines, Defibrillators, Heart Monitors, Ergometers, Laser Scanners, Holter Recorders, Isolation Transformers, Ambu Breathing Machines, Pulse Oximeters, Extractors, Suction Machines, Ophthalmoscopes, Negatoscopes And Others.
