The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Consumables For Sanitary Facilities For Organizational Units Of The University. Adam Mickiewicz In Poznań. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Enter In The Price Form (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz) The Name Of The Manufacturer And The Product Symbol For Each Item. The Ordering Party Expects High-Quality, First-Class Goods. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver The Goods In Batches, The Quantities And Scope Of Which Will Depend On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Quantities Of Individual Items Given In Annex No. 2 To The Swz Are Estimated Quantities Used To Calculate The Offer Price And May Change (Up Or Down) During The Implementation Of The Contract Concluded As A Result Of This Tender Procedure. However, The Total Value Of Partial Deliveries May Not Exceed The Maximum Contract Value. Therefore, The Final Total Value Of The Contract Resulting From The Sum Of The Prices Of Partial Deliveries Made On The Basis Of The Ordering Partys Orders During The Duration Of The Contract May Be Lower Than Its Maximum Gross Value Indicated In The Contract, And In Such A Case The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Claim Payment Of The Difference Between The Final Value Of The Contract Determined In The Manner Indicated Above And Its Maximum Value. Partial Orders Will Be Fulfilled Based On Unilateral Instructions Of Persons Authorized By The Ordering Party Within A Maximum Of 5 Business Days, Counting From The Moment Of Placing A Partial Order At The Request Of A Person Authorized By The Ordering Party. The Offer Price Must Include The Costs Of Delivery, Transport, Unloading And Bringing The Subject Of The Order To The Main Warehouse And The Organizational Units Of The Adam Mickiewicz University Listed In Annex No. 5 To The Swz. In Cases Where The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or A Specific Process Characterizing Specific Products Or Services, This Means That The Ordering Party Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Order Using Sufficiently Precise Terms And This Is Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order. In Such Situations, Any Reference To Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Specific Process Should Be Read With The Words Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party Reserves That All Names Of Materials (Products) Provided In The Swz Or Another Document Integral With The Swz Are Not Intended To Violate Art. 99 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Are Only Intended To Specify The Quality And Technological Expectations Of The Ordering Party. This Should Be Understood As Specifying The Required Minimum Operational, Functional And Technical Parameters Or Quality Standards. In Order To Confirm That The Offered Supplies Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party, The Ordering Party Submits With The Offer One Piece Of The Assortment According To The Description Of The Subject Of
