The Key Element Of The Project Will Be An Underground Floor Serving As A Protective Structure - A Collective Protection Facility In The Hiding Standard, At Least Category U-1, Intended To Provide Concealment For The Civilian Population In Crisis Situations, Military Threats Or Natural Disasters.
