1. The Subject Of This Order Is: Feeding Service For Students Of Primary School No. 3 In Wschowa In The School Year 2026/2027 And 2027/2028. The Ordering Party Specifies That During The Implementation Of The Order In Question, The Contractor Will Serve Approximately 90 Lunches A Day For A Period Of 350 Calendar Days During The School Year 2026/2027 And 2027/2028.2. Requirements For Meals: A) They Should Be Of The Highest Quality, First Quality Or Class, B) They Must Meet The Appropriate Quality Requirements For Nutrition In Public Catering Conditions, Including Meeting The Sanitary Conditions Of Their Acquisition, Production, Processing, Storage, Transport And Sale, C) Meals Must Be Filling, Tasty, Caloric, Healthy, Varied, High Quality, Both In Terms Of Nutritional Value, Weight And Aesthetics, D) Meals Must Be At The Appropriate Temperature When Served, E) Meals Must Be Be Prepared From High-Quality, Fresh Food Products With Valid Expiration Dates, F) It Is Prohibited To Serve Ready-Made Fast Food Meals.3. Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of Art. 22 §1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277), Persons Performing The Following Activities In The Field Of Order Execution: A) Chef, B) Persons Preparing Meals. 4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Persons Whom The Contractor Or Subcontractor Will Use To Perform The Activities Indicated Above Are Employed On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. 5. Within 10 Calendar Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party A Statement Regarding The Number Of Persons Employed To Perform The Work Indicated In Section 27 Above, Activities For The Ordering Party, The Provision Of Which Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code, According To The Template Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. This Declaration Constitutes An Annex To The Contract.6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Control The Employment Of Persons Performing The Above-Mentioned Activities Throughout The Period Of Execution Of The Tasks Performed By Them, In Particular By Requesting Them To Present, Within A Period Specified By The Ordering Party, No Longer Than 21 Business Days, Certified True Copies Of The Employment Contracts Of The Employed Employees, Concluded By The Contractor Or Subcontractor With The Employees Performing The Above-Mentioned.
