1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of An Agricultural Trailer As Part Of The Project Entitled: Improving The Potential Of The School In Sędziejowice. No. Feld.08.08-Iz.00-0061/24 Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program European Funds For The Lodz Region 2021-2027.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In Annex No. 1 To This Swz.3. The Equipment Delivered Must Be: • Brand New And Not For Exhibition, Come From A Legal Source, Be Covered By A Package Of Warranty Services Included In The Price Of The Device, Unencumbered By The Rights Of Third Parties, Meeting At Least The Parameters Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, • Complete (In Particular With All Components, Parts, Materials Necessary For Commissioning And Use), And Its Purchase And Use As Intended Does Not Violate The Law, Including The Rights Of Third Parties, And In Terms Of Safety It Complies With Ce Standards, Equipped With Cabling, Mounting Accessories, Power Supplies And All Other Components Ensuring Proper Installation And Use (E.G. Power Cables). 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Impose The Requirement Referred To In Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act, I.E. The Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of Persons Performing Activities During The Execution Of The Order Under An Employment Contract, As There Are No Activities Involving The Performance Of Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code. 6. Note: Whenever The Tender Documentation, Including The Specifications Of The Contract Terms, Indicates The Brand Or Origin Of A Product Or Device, It Should Be Assumed That Each Name Is Followed By The Word Or Equivalent, I.E.
