The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Construction Of A Single-Storey Fire Station With A Built-Up Area Of ​​320 M2 In The Village Of Písek, District Of Hradec Králové. Structurally, It Is A Brick Building With A Combined (Gable And Flat) Roof, Which Will Be Located On The Site Of The Original Armory Intended For Demolition. The Main Source Of Heating And Cooling Are Three Split Air-To-Air Heat Pumps, Supplemented By Electric Direct Heaters. As Part Of The Utility Networks, A New Electrical Connection Is Being Built, The Existing Water Supply System Is Being Modified, And The Sewage Is Being Diverted To A Septic Tank With A Biological Filter. The Project Also Includes Paved Areas With An Area Of ​​Approx. 216 M2, Including An Asphalt Ramp, Concrete Sidewalks And A Parking Space Made Of Absorbent Pavement.
