The Current In-Row Cooling Units Have Reached End-Of-Life, And Require Timely Replacement To Maintain System Reliability And Thermal Efficiency. Design Work Has Already Been Completed, And The Specific Schneider Brand Products Listed Above Meet The Required Technical Design Specifications. The Manufacturer Has Stated That The Last Production Run Will Scheduled No Later Than July 1, 2026, After Which Time A Different Model Of In-Row Cooling Units Will Be Manufactured Which Will Not Fit Into The Required Technical Design Specifications. The Production And Delivery Lead Time Is Approximately Four (4) Months: Therefore, The City Needs To Place An Order Before June 30, 2026 In Order To Complete The Cooling Systems Replacement Projectto Minimize Disruption To Current Operations. This Is A One-Time Purchasevalued At Approximately Cad$229,731, Plus Applicable Taxes.
