1. The Object Of This Contract Is The Supply, By Purchase, Of Cranes And Stair-Climbing Chairs For The Residences, Owned By The Municipal Institute Of Personal Services, From Now On Imsp, In Accordance With The Terms Of The Technical Specifications. The Supply By Purchase Includes In Each Case The Delivery To The Imsp Center Or Facility In Question, Their Assembly And Placement In The Different Rooms Of The Building, As Well As The Removal Of The Elements To Be Replaced, The Transport Of The Same To The Corresponding Waste Facility And The Corresponding Fees. The Administrative Need To Be Met Is The Provision Of Lifting Equipment Caused By The Poor Condition And Need To Replace The Different Cranes By The Different Centers Of The Imsp, Of Daily And Intense Use In Order To Be Able To Carry Out The Mobilization Of The Different Users Safely.
