Supply And Installation Of A New Articulated Hydraulic Crane, Intended For Mounting On A Truck Chassis (Ford Cargo 2429), For Carrying Out Lifting, Moving And Loading And Unloading Of Materials In General. The Equipment Must Have A Minimum Load Capacity Of 8 (Eight) Tons, A Minimum Height Of 13 Vertical Meters Of Reach And Minimum 10 Meters Horizontal With Compatible Operating Range, With At Minimum 3 Hydraulic Booms, Being Equipped With Articulated Boom With Telescopic Extensions, Made Of High Mechanical Resistance Steel, Guaranteeing Robustness, Durability And Safety In Operations. It Must Be Driven By A Hydraulic System Coupled To The Vehicle Via A Power Take-Off, With Easy-To-Handle Operational Controls Via Remote Control. The Crane Must Contain, At A Minimum: • Slewing System Suitable For Full Operation; •Side Stabilizers (Patolas) With Hydraulic Drive; •Safety Valves Against Overload And Pressure Drop; •Load Moment Limiter; •Security And Locking Devices For Transport; •Operational Indicators According To Current Technical Standards. The Equipment Must Be Compatible For Attaching An Aerial Basket With A Capacity Of At Least 1 Person, Complying With The Safety Standards Of Nr12, Intended For Lifting People For Work At Heights, And, When Provided, Fully Comply With The Applicable Safety Standards, Including Anchoring Systems, Control And Emergency Devices. Installation Must Be Carried Out By A Specialized Company, Including All Components. Necessary, Such As Structural Supports, Possible Reinforcements In The Trucks Chassis, The Winning Company Must Pay For Any Adaptations To The Trucks Existing Bucket (Photos Of The Vehicle Attached), Complete Integration Into The Hydraulic System, Operational Tests And Technical Delivery Of The Set In Perfect Working Order.
