The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Related To The Modernization Of The Internal Central Heating Installation In The Existing Building Of The 1St Secondary School In Bochnia, Together With The Replacement Of Windows In The Gymnasium And The Insulation Of Ceilings In The Attic Of The School Building.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Disassembly Of The Existing Installation Made Of Steel Pipes And Fittings, 2) Disassembly Of Existing Heat Receivers (Plate, Sheet Metal And Cast Iron Radiators), 3) Assembly Of A New Installation Made Of Mechanically Connected Steel Pipes (Pressed Technology), 4) Installation Of Fittings, 5) Installation Of New Heat Receivers (Plate Radiators), 6) Installation Of Water Heaters 7) Installation Of Central Heating Nodes 8) Performance Of Tightness And Operation Tests System,9) Renovation And Construction Works Related To The Installation Of A New Central Heating Installation. (Punctures, Insertion Of New Protective Sleeves, Bricking Up Building Partitions),10) Replacement Of Windows In The Gymnasium11) Construction Works After Replacing Windows12) Painting After Construction Works13) Insulation Of The Ceiling Of The School Building14) Removal Of Rubble And Scrap From The Building15) Other Accompanying Works,3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Stwiorb. The Attached Bills Of Quantities Are For Illustrative Purposes Only And Do Not Constitute The Basis For The Offer Valuation.4. Equivalent Solutions. Wherever In The Technical Documentation Or Stwiorb Or Other Annexes To The Swz, The Ordering Party Indicated Specific Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source, Specific Production Process, Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems, Labels Or Certificates (In Accordance With Article 99(4) And Article 101(1)(2) And (3), Article 104 And Article 105 Pzp), These Indications Should Be Treated As Exemplary Quality Standards To Which The Words Or Equivalent Are Added. The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Offer Equivalent Solutions, I.E. Solutions With Technical, Quality, Functional And Operational Parameters Not Worse (At Least Equal) Than The Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party. The Use Of The Names Of Specific Manufacturers Of Materials And Devices Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution And Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Materials And Devices Offered By The Contractor Must Meet. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Products With Quality Parameters And Functional Features At Least At The Level Of Parameters Indicated In The Product Documentation. The Obligation To Demonstrate Equivalence Rests With The Contractor. If Equivalent Solutions Are Invoked, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solutions He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In
